Having spent years towing the lines of diet culture and deeply engrossed in the cycle of under eating and over exercising, Sam has spent the past 5 years unlearning and rebuilding her movement practice. Now describing herself as a weight inclusive, anti-diet movement instructor, Sam is committed to supporting folks in connecting to their personal agency in movement spaces. Holding space for folks to explore what joyful movement looks like for them. With a passion for weight lifting in all of it’s forms, her space focuses on building strength without the baggage of seeking a specific aesthetic.
